In Tractate Sanhedrin, a ruling from a Tosefta is the subject of discussion on pages 56a and 56b. Further discussion through page 60a clarifies the details of the Seven Noahide Commandments. In chapter 8, on pages 74a through 75a, the Talmud discusses the dilemma of what a Noahite should do if threatened with death unless he or she violates one of their commandments.
