An obsolete source of Congressional information.  The Library of Congress explains the reasons for the THOMAS Retirement.

The Library of Congress has being moving its information to a new digital platform on the web site Congress.gov.  An advanced search begins by choosing the appropriate Congress and entering the Legislation or Law Number.  So far, only Summaries of the bills are available for older Congresses.  Digital texts of the laws are becoming available little by little.  As of January 2017, as Nathaniel updates this page, law texts predating 1995 (104th Congress) are not yet available.

Start a quick search below.  Then select the number of the Congress.
